iPhone 7 users are recently in deep discussions in the iPhone support communities and are commonly having problem with the frozen iPhone 7. Users now hope that the new iOS 10.2 Beta update could help solve their iPhone 7 freezing problem.

One upset iPhone 7 user posted in the iPhone support communities saying their new device freezes when trying to send messages and all the buttons suddenly stop working. Another user said that the phone freezes when trying to restart by pressing the holding the power and volume down buttons. The users have been asking if there were any software or hardware issues with the iPhone 7.
