In a guest appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live, Alfred Enoch (Wes) confirmed that he will appear on the rest of "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3. The show resumes on January 19, 2017 and Enoch promises he will return in order to reveal who killed off his character in the form of flashbacks.
According to Headlines & Global News, a major shock was revealed in the season finale for the first half of "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3 when it was Wes who died in the burning house of Annalise Keating (Viola Davis). It was widely presumed that it would either be Frank (Charlie Weber) or Nate (Billy Brown) but it was neither.
There are rumors that Enoch was pulled out of "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3 because of a commitment to another TV project. However, that has not yet been confirmed by the show or Enoch himself.
According to TV Line, Enoch said all of Keating's apprentices were guessing who was under the sheet all season long and he found out when "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3 creator Pete Nowalk called him for a meeting and he said it was like a meeting at the principal's office. Enoch also revealed he had to endure four hours of makeup for the scene where the fire victim was revealed to be none other than Wes.
"How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3 follows the everyday lives of Professor Annalise Keating and her top 5 students in class: Wes, Laurel, Asher (Matt McGorry), Connor (Jack Falahee) and Michaela (Aja Naomi King).
