Most of the fans and gamers alike would agree that the "Resident Evil" franchise has already established itself as an iconic game all over. From a series of movies to a string of video game releases, fans of the franchise are well aware of Capcom's upcoming release of "Resident Evil 7 Biohazard" in 2017. As such, most, if not all, are eager to try out the demo that just got released today on the PlayStation Store for PS4 and PSVR (with the Xbox One and PC to follow shortly). With this, there have been reports that detail on how the "finger puzzle" can be solved.

Previous reports have also emphasized on the growing interest of the fans in the finger where Gamestop Italy's retail listing of the "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" included a 16GB USB memory stick shaped and molded just like the finger featured from the "Resident Evil 7" demo video.

This fascination with the "finger puzzle" was mostly due to Capcom's way of challenging their fans when the first demo for "Resident Evil 7 Biohazard" was launched back in June, Polygon reported. Thus, with the final release of the demo being available to the PS4 (while the Xbox One and PC is expected to be released on the ninth and 19th of December, respectively), fans who have had their hands on it have already confirmed the mystery behind the "finger puzzle" in the game.

The source went on to cite one fan's step-by-step guide in completing the said "finger puzzle" in the final demo for "Resident Evil 7 Biohazard." A post by BruhTheShark over at Reddit made mention that gamers might have to embark on 34 steps in order to solve the mystery. The guide concludes with a play-through video by Shirrako, via his YouTube channel, to give proof that the guide does work.

Apart from the chance of solving the "finger puzzle" in the final demo, called "Midnight," for "Resident Evil 7 Biohazard," it was also mentioned that players will get a chance to enjoy the demo with HDR support. It was stated therein that fans will be immersed in exploring what lies beyond the mold-covered door, where disturbing growling noises come from, Capcom noted.

"Resident Evil 7 Biohazard" was said to be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Jan.24, 2017.
