"Poldark" Season 3 is likely to premiere on BBC One in spring next year. The series' lead actor Aidan Turner shared his views on what will be the fate of his character.

Recently, it was confirmed that a new nobleman named Hugh Armitage, which will be played by Josh Whitehouse, will be introduced. Rumors suggest that Armitage might fancy Demelza and that the latter might take this as an opportunity to get back at Ross.

Aside from Whitehouse, Tomlinson was also introduced in the new teaser shared that lasted for 30-seconds.

In an interview with Turner by PBS, the actor narrated that Ross will feel anxious about Demelza not being around always and thinks that losing her would cause him to crumble.

Other speculations on what will happen in the third season run of the hit British period historical drama includes the struggle of Poldark and his family, which is said to have been caused by Ross' nemesis George Warleggan, who will stop at nothing just to get rid of Ross. In fact, many believe that Ross could end up leaving Cornwall due to Warleggan's plans.

It is, however, unclear if George will get hold of an information about Elizabeth, which can lead Ross ending up in jail for rape charges against his wife. However, there is also a possibility that Elizabeth will keep mum about what happened and there will be no way for George to know.

Digital Spy reported that not only will Ross Poldark return in "Poldark" Season 3 but new faces will come along as well. Harry Richardson and Tom York have been casted and will portray Demelza's brothers named Drake and Sam. Carter Matt also reported tha Ciara Charter has already joined the list of the characters for the next installment, although her role still remains a mystery.
