Fans and avid gamers alike would agree that there is a tremendous feeling of rush and excitement whenever developers announce the release dates of their upcoming games. Such is the case for Telltale Games, who have recently announced that they will be releasing the fifth episode on one of their highly-acclaimed franchise, "Batman: The Telltale Series." Moreover, the game developer has also announced that they will also be developing their own take on the "Guardians of the Galaxy" franchise.

After four dramatic episodes, which have always left fans on the edge of their seats, it was reported that the fifth installment for "Batman: The Telltale Series" will be the last one that will culminate the franchise's year-long success, Attack of the Fanboy reported.

It was also mentioned by the source that fans will not have to wait too long before they get to experience the game's finale. It was reported that the fifth episode of "Batman: The Telltale Series" will be arriving this December.

This was confirmed by Job Stauffer, who is the head of Creative Communications of Telltale Games. In a recent tweet on his Twiiter account, he told fans that the season finale for the "Batman: The Telltale Series" will arrive before Christmas, albeit the exact date will be announced sometime soon.

In addition, the source also pointed out that the developers will also be showing off the "The Walking Dead: Season 3" during The Game Awards and that it was slated for a Dec. 20 release date. As such, it might seem that fans might be getting both of those installments before Christmas.

Yet, on top of all that goodness, it seems that the buck doesn't stop there. In a separate report by Attack of the Fanboy, it was also revealed that Telltale Games will put the same treatment to "Guardians of the Galaxy," as well.

It was also announced at the Game Awards 2016 that the renowned developers will have their own take at the franchise as they have also released an official trailer for the upcoming "Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series."
