Game developer Insomniac Games has confirmed that the highly-anticipated "Spider-Man" game will not show up in the upcoming PlayStation Experience or The Game Awards despite eagerness of PlayStation 4 owners to see Spider-Man at the said event.

In its official Twitter account, Insomniac Games said that they are not showing the new "Spider-Man" PS4 content at the PSX or The Game Awards. Knowing that a lot of "Spider-Man" fans might get disappointed due to the absence of the game at the events they reassured everyone that they are working hard on a cool stuff that they can share this coming 2017.

The upcoming "Spider-Man"-action-adventure video game will be published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for their PlayStation 4 console. According to the Creative Director of Marvel Games, Insomniac is the perfect match for the "Spider-Man" because of their ability to put humor and fun into the games they are creating, so is Spidey, PlayStationLifeStyle reported.

The "Spider-Man" game is not based on the Spider Man movie as confirmed by the developer as they unveil the game at the E3 2016. Insomniac said that in the game, Peter Parker is different as he has mastered fighting skills he will be fighting big crime in New York City, IGN reported.

Also, expect a whole new story as it is deeply based in the history and love of the popular superhero Spider-Man. A mix of the nerdy Peter Parker who is struggling to balance his personal life and career and the confident Spider-Man is also expected in the game.

With these expectations from the Spider-Man game, there is no doubt fans are itching to get more details of the game or even see the demo play. However, Insomniac needs more time in order to provide players the best experience so better wait and see.
