In fact, some of the budget-friendly smartphones are coming from these smaller manufacturers. Here are some of the best phones under $200 in 2016.

“Xiaomi Redmi Note 3”

Sporting at a price of $150, “Xiaomi Redmi Note 3” is a pretty decent device that fits the hand. The phones run with a 2GHz MediaTek MT6795 Helio X10 64-bit octa-core processor with a powerful VR Rogue G6200 GPU and 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM.

The smartphone has a unibody frame that makes it more sturdy but feels very light at 164 grams. It also has a gently curve on its sides and comfortable gripped with its 8.7mm thickness.

Its battery capacity is only 2525 mAh – a little lower from other available smartphones. With its great design and decent specs, the device is priced at $200.

“Motorola Moto G4”

“Motorola Moto G4” run in a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor with 2GB of internal storage and just 16GB or 32GB of internal storage. Its battery capacity is 3000 mAh battery that is decent enough to last a day.

The smartphone has a 5.5-inch display with a 1080 x 1920-pixel resolution. It also has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and 13-megapixel rear camera. The device weighs only 155 grams with an entire dimension of 153 x 76.6 x 9.8mm.

“Motorola Moto G4” is priced at just above $200.

Although these smartphones do not boast with the same specs of Samsung S7 or iPhone 7, they sure still are best phones under $200 in 2016 that bring a great deal of specs and design with a far lower cost for consumers.
