With this, rumors have surfaced as well as to which of Nintendo's highly-acclaimed titles will be launched alongside the console, according to sources.
As more and more people get intrigued with Nintendo's highly-anticipated console, Nintendo Switch, rumors have circulating around regarding it's mid-June launch along with another iconic video game franchise, "Zelda: Breath of the Wild," Nintendo Everything reported.
The source went on to cite a recent tweet by Laura Kate Dale, who has suggested rumors of Nintendo planning to have a mid-June release date on the Switch and Wii U for its upcoming, "Zelda: Breath of the Wild," video game in the UK.
Moreover, Dale went on to tweet that "Zelda: Breath of the Wild" was just recently rated as "M" for mature in Australia, which she said could mean that the game is almost finished for the Nintendo Wii U.
In other news, it was recently reported that the CEO of Gamestop, Paul Raines, is speculating that the Nintendo Switch might include some form of motion controllers, Gamespot has learned.
It was stated that Raines found the Nintendo Switch a very interesting console. He mentioned that a movement-related game would be more enticing for kids. By taking off the Joy-con controllers and then the master controller, Raines suggested that there is a huge potential to do some interesting things with that in gameplay.
He went on to state that the upcoming Nintendo Switch could immensely be a game-changer to the gaming industry. As such, he also pointed out that everyone else would just have to wait as consumers, ultimately, vote with their dollars.
The Nintendo Switch is the seventh major console to be developed by the renowned Japanese company. The unveiling of Nintendo's upcoming console was revealed this year and it's set to be released worldwide sometime in March 2017.
