"Fullmetal Alchemist" Live-Action Movie debut trailer was just released. Words are not enough to describe the excitement fans felt as it showed singer Ryosuke Yamada in full costume as Edward Elric.

Anime News Network reported that the trailer also gave a glimpse of Edward Elric's little brother Al in CGI. The trailer did not show Al's full image but it gave viewers something to look forward to - the brothers in battle.

The text in the trailer is as follows when translated into English that basically says that the movie is about the legend of two brothers and their journey. One scene shows Edward saying to his brother "I promise, I'll get our bodies back."

"Fullmetal Alchemist" director Fumihiko Sori said that the cast for the film were all Japanese but the setting and background of it is almost European-like. He was quick to add that his style in directing the film doesn't reflect any race or country.

Aside from Ryosuke Yamada, other casts of "Fullmetal Alchemist" Live Action Movie are Tsubasa Honda as Winry Rockbell, Dean Fujioka as Roy Mustang, Fumiyo Kohinata as General Hakuro, Ryuta Sato as Maes Hughes, Misako Renbutsu as Riza Hawkeye, Natsuna as Maria Ross and Natsuki Harada as Gracia Hughes.

Their attempt to do so lead to misfortune and they paid for it dearly. Al Elric body transformed into a metal body armor while one of Ed Elric's hand turned into metal as well.

The storyline of the film is not yet clear but if the trailer is as good as the film, then it is something to look forward to.
