For this reason, the following are the expected features and specs of Galaxy X:

Galaxy X is rumored to sport a foldable design based on the leaked patent that indicates number of angles and renders posted in the website Sammobile. The photo showed a rectangular-shaped device bearing a clamshell body akin to traditional foldable Samsung phones.

In addition, a curvy edge is noticeable at the bottom of the screen in resemblance to Samsung Galaxy S7 EDGE. According to Patently Mobile, the edge part of the device is dedicated to the user's multiple profiles where they need to enter their passwords to gain access.

Furthermore, Galaxy X is expected to be known for having a cutting-edge display and camera specs because according to a Chinese Blog Wccftech, Samsung's 2017 flagship will sport an AMOLED screen with 4k resolution (2160 x 3840) coupled with a dual rear-facing camera using Samsung's proprietary lens.

Moreover, Galaxy X is expected to be a VR-ready device, thus, 4k resolution is needed. Photo quality is also expected to enhance due to new camera features such as zoom capabilities and additional colors. Samsung is rumored to copy the dual-sensor shooter of LG G5 and Huawei P9.

Lastly, Galaxy X is rumored to come in two variants: the first one will be powered by Snapdragon 620 processor while the other one will run the lower version Snapdragon 8820 or 830. Both variants will have 3GB of memory and expandable storage capacity.
