Telltale Games and Marvel Games are reportedly working on a game based on Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, an American superhero film that made a smash hit on 2014.

As we still remember, just last year, Telltale Games and Marvel Games have announced some collaboration. At this time, the two companies have made some mysterious announcement for their 2017 release, but went completely silent after making that.

However, things are about to change for these two companies. In a ComicBookMovie report, a document released by striking voice actors union SAG-AFTRA reveals something intriguing. The leak centers on "a secret document" allegedly leaked by SAG-AFTRA as part of a tactic to negotiate a better deal from the video game companies.

In doing this, the voice acting union has released a list of in-development projects that currently did not have struck new deals. Among the list is the game titled "Guardians of the Galaxy- The Video Game a.k.a. Blue Harvest".

The leaked document, which is in PDF format, also reveals the signatory of the project: O'Farrel Enterprises. The same company that is listed below the Guardians entry is also working on the third season of "The Walking Dead," a game that we know Telltale Games is readying this month.

According to IGN, the title "Blue Harvest" in the leaked documents was the title used for the Star Wars: Return of the Jedi to keep its production secret, and this is purely a Guardians fun side.

Back on April, Telltale has made some announcement that it's working on an unspecified Marvel game for release next year. Earlier this year, Marvel Games also announced that the company has been working with few AAA game developers on a number of titles. Marvel also revealed plans for an aggressive push to bring its properties to gaming console platforms.

Together, these clues along with the registered company agent for the signatory O'Farrell Enterprises leads to a bunch of stories, suggesting that the leak is legitimate. But Telltale made no comment about this, suggesting that the leak is unintentional.

Telltale Games, the US-based game developer, has made lots of games for franchises including the smash hit "The Walking Dead", Batman, and Game of Throne.

As CosmicBookNews said earlier, it's still possible that the Guardians video game could be some sort of mobile tie-in to Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but a TellTale version would be a good fit.
