Call of Duty Servers Down: Black Ops, Infinite Warfare offline, following Xbox Live issues
By"Call of Duty" has confirmed yesterday that a server outage took place and online services of the game has been degraded as players in some regions are experiencing connectivity issues following the report that Xbox live is down.
"Call of Duty," or CoD for most players as CoD, It is a highly popular video game that can be played on multiple platforms such as Xbox and PlayStation 4, but its servers have been down lately and millions of affected players are asking what is happening.
The cause is still unknown and there have been no clear statements yet about the Call of Duty Xbox Live server issues.
There have been complaints coming from players that they were not able to connect to any game in the series. The issue has gone and surfaced all over Twitter for the past hours.
"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is still inaccessible to PS4. A message appeared as "Error. Unable to access online services." can be seen after trying to connect to the Call of Duty servers.
According to SundayExpress, Microsoft has already confirmed that there are indeed issues and some of the services are limited for the users and players of the Xbox Live.
On the Xbox Live server status page, they say that the issues are limited to downloading items and buying the game. However, gamers and users have said that the problem have gone worse as the online games are inaccessible. Most rants are seen on Twitter posts.
"Latest update: Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience,” Microsoft said in a statement.
Microsoft has also confirmed that Xbox 360's DailyBurn service is also down for subscribers.
"Hello Xbox members, we are currently experiencing an issue. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please check back for updates," Microsoft added.
