OnePlus is slated to launch yet another device this year, sometime this month. However, the device may be analogous to the OnePlus X, which was considered to be an updated version of a previously launched product unveiled only a few months prior to the handset. In the meantime, the company also launched an app on the Play Store.

It is believed that OnePlus will be launching a product with a Qualcomm processor on November 15. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer went to Twitter to announce that a new device will officially be revealed next week. A short teaser video was also unveiled confirming a Snapdragon 821 processor in the device clocked at 2.35GHz.

This is said to be a notable step up from the OnePlus 3 which featured a Snapdragon 820. Previous reports in June revealed that the new device would be an update instead of a major overhaul. The same thing is believed to have happened when the OnePlus X was released only three months after OnePlus 2 was launched, Tech Crunch reported.

The upcoming device is rumored to be called the OnePlus 3T. Leaked reports also claim that the launch will include all of the T-7 language. The device itself is also speculated to be a mere updated version of the Chinese company's latest flagship product, the OnePlus 3. On that note, the device is expected to increase performance and power.

Meanwhile, OnePlus also released a new app called OnePlus Community on the Play Store. The app was previously a built-in app in the Oxygen OS handsets. Furthermore, APKs on XDA as well as APK Mirror also had the app.

OnePlus recently decided to make the app available to everyone. The app aims to allow its users to learn about the latest builds, offers, and to voice out requests and concerns as well. The app with all its forums and contents will be available to OnePlus users and non-users alike. Push notifications are also slated to come to the app soon, Android Police reported.
