Apple's iPhone will mark its tenth anniversary next year. The launch of iPhones was announced by Steve Jobs back in January 2007 and was released in Jun. 29 of the same year. With the upcoming big occasion for Apple, rumors about the iPhone 8 began circulating.

To those who are unimpressed with the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus, here are the leaked features and latest news about the 2017 iPhone model.

According to DigitalSpy, JP Morgan, a multinational banking company came across the latest Securities and Exchange Commission 10-K filing, which seems to be a purchase order for OLED panels. Does this mean that the Cupertino giant will be offering an iPhone with OLED display next year? They have long been expected to do so.

With the recent revelation of Sharp's CEO about Apple converting to OLED screens and Japan Display's confirmation on the plans in moving to OLED mass production, the rumors about the Apple iPhone's OLED display must have been true after all.

The company is also planning for a major overhaul on the upcoming iPhone's design and the works on the all-glass version of the new iPhone is now underway.

Other features are speculated to include a wireless charging, an iris scanner, a dual-lens camera and a waterproof design. No more Home button for the upcoming iPhone 8.

In addition to the recent rumors, a new iPhone 8 mockup was created by designer Veniamin Geskin. The mockup shows everything that an iPhone 8 is speculated to look like though it looks similar to the iPhone 7, BGR reported.

Apple may already have created a new logo for next year's model which many Apple fans expect to be called iPhone 8. According to Mirror, on Sept. 23, 2016, the "8" trademark logo was reportedly filed in Hong Kong. The logo's neon colored circular bars is identical to those that is seen in the Apple's Activity app, only it is patterned to form the number "8".

As for the release date, everybody knows that the company does not break their tradition when it comes to launching so expect that Apple will launch the new handset either in the week of Sept. 4 of Sept. 11, 2017.
