iPhone 7 is a well-calibrated smartphone but there are a few lacks that make LG V20 much better than Apple's device.

LG V20 can be charged quickly

It is a rapid charging era and Apple hasn't equipped its iPhone with the feature. Unlike iPhone 7, LG V20 is able to be charged quickly while keeping the phone cool - thanks to Quick Charge 3.0 that fills up the device fast enough with a single plug in, The Verge reported.

LG V20 can be customized

The jailbreaking community knows well how it feels to break the restriction on iOS. Apple operating system seems to limit the room for improvement, as it is lacking customizable features. LG V20, on the other hand, offers simple user interface and widgets that are easy to install. The custom skins like those in LG and Samsung are better-looking and more personalized. iPhone 7 has not yet implemented such feature, TomsGuide has learned.

LG V20's split-screen

V20 supports dual screen mode - thanks to Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The split-screen enables users to multitask like never before. As of the moment, there are only a few apps that support split-screen mode, such as the Chrome browser, but it should not be long for Google to roll out more things for the dual-screen feature. As for the iPhone 7, yes, there is a dual camera in the 7 Plus but no dual-screen on both flagships.

LG V20 supports MicroSD card

iPhone 7 comes with a whopping 256 GB of storage variant but somehow, it is still a limited amount that restrict user's freedom. LG V20 higher-end variant packs 64 GB of internal storage with expandable memory up to 256 GB using MicroSD card in a dedicated slot.

LG V20 is impact resistant

Once in awhile, our smartphone slips through your fingers and fall. LG V20 is MIL-STD-810G certified. Its chassis uses the military grade material made for aircraft. The drop test has shown that LG V20 is tough and unbreakable. While both iPhone 7 and V20 are not able to be taken to deep-diving, at least we know that it won't get damaged when it falls on the floor.
