Every flu season, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have been campaigning for people to get their flu vaccines, which are found to be ineffective and even unsafe. There is a growing contention that CDC may be misleading the public in order to ensure and protect the profits of the vaccine makers.

Health officials are promoting the flu shots because it supposedly offer protection from contracting Influenza by 50 to 60 percent. However, the agency admitted that the 2014 FluMist vaccine offered only a mere 23 percent protection based on a report by Vaccines.News.

Last year's was only at 27 percent, further establishing a mismatch of the flu vaccines used and the flu strain hitting the country for a particular season. The predictive methodoly used by CDC is inaccurate and not backed up by hard data.

Moreover, various studies suggest and even disprove the claims of the CDC. A Hong Kong funded double-blind placebo controlled study has discovered that the unvaccinated have fared better than the vaccinated subjects when exposed to the flu. The test subjects vary in ages ranging from 6 to 15 years old and were closely observed for 272 days.

Another veritable study involves the elderly, which CDC claims to be at higher risk. In 2005, a team of scientists connected with the federal National Institutes of Health (NIH) revealed a study correlating increased mortality rate among seniors after vaccination. In the 2014 flu vaccine test trials, the Sanofi Pasteur's Fluzone killed 23 elderly and yet, it was approved and continued to be sold in the market.

Perhaps the most alarming case of vaccine injuries was the case of a toddler, Joshua Hadfield, who received the vaccine as protection from H1N1 Swine Flu. Within weeks, the child was diagnosed with narcolepsy, a severe and debilitating ailment associated with brain damage caused by Glaxo's Pandermrix Influenza vaccine. The Glaxo vaccine was withdrawn, but it left hundreds of children and even adults incapacitated for life, according to the report by Global Research.

Looking into a considerable amount of data disclaiming the efficacy of the flu vaccines, people are losing faith in CDC. The agency seems to have failed in regulating vaccines and in safeguarding the health of the American people by giving inaccurate information.
