The "Battlefield 1" premium pass will include the Russian Empire in the upcoming DLCs to come. Earlier, the developer announced that the French will be among the first to be included in the game's first additional content.
French Coming In First DLC
The French forces are coming in the first "Battlefield 1" DLC pack. The DLC entitled "They Shall Not Pass" shall be made available on March 2017, according to the official "Battlefield 1" website. The first DLC shall be a faction specific meaning the French forces will have their own missions to complete.
Battlefield 1 Has A Lot Of Factions and Possibly More Are Coming
As mentioned earlier, the French and the Russians will be included in future updates. Other nationalities will possibly be included but this is not definite yet. YouTube presenter Westie point out that "Battlefield 1" currently has six factions or armies in the game. The factions at present include the Americans, British, Germans, Astro-Hungarian Empire, Italians and the Ottoman Turks. The addition of the French and Russians in the game will make it eight factions. There are also some speculations that more will join the game.
What Other Features Does "Battlefield 1" Premium Pass Have In Store?
BF 1 premium pass holders will receive at least two weeks advance access for every new DLC. At least 16 new multiplayer maps will also be released. BF 1 gameplay will be enhanced with the introduction of new missions and modes. Elite classes are one of the attractions in "Battlefield 1". The DLC packs will add more of them. At least 20 more new weapons and undetermined number of vehicles will be added in the game. The premium pass is expected to last for one year and some game critics are speculating that the DLC packs will be release every three to four months. "Battlefield 1" is currently available in major gaming platforms including PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
