With the launching of the first-person shooter video game "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" next week on Nov. 4, Activision (publisher) and Infinity Ward (developer) have pitched in more details on the Season Pass and Jackal Assault VR Experience for PlayStation VR.

The Infinite Warfare Season Pass will be up for grabs for $49.99 through the PlayStation Store, or video game enthusiasts can get the Season Pass in the $99.99 Digital Deluxe Edition, or $119.99 for Legacy Pro Edition along with Modern Warfare Remastered that comes with four epic map packs. Packing in all-new multiplayer maps and zombies content, the map packs will be available throughout 2017, according to PlayStation LifeStyle.

The time a person will pick up the Season Pass, that person will also receive 10 Rare Supply Drops ($20) on Nov. 4, as well as 1,000 bonus Salvage that a person can use to craft new prototype weapons in multiplayer. However, game enthusiasts can expect the DLC packs to be unleashed first on PlayStation 4, 30 days ahead of PC and Xbox One.

Also happening on Nov. 4, the Jackal Assault VR Experience will be available to all PS4 owners who purchase any version of the Infinite Warfare as a free bonus for launch day.

Nonetheless, it has been confirmed that Lewis Hamilton (F1 champion ) will be part of the cast of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," and will take on the role of an engineer on board the Retribution, one of U.N.'s Space Alliance's remaining warships. Hamilton stated that he has been a fan of "Call of Duty" for a long time, so it's an absolute honor for him to be part of the video game and the franchise, PC Advisor reported.

Anyway, CEO of Activision Eric Hirshberg, said that this year, they are both honoring the heritage of the video game series while taking players to incredible new heights.
