Samsung just confirmed the retail availability of the Blue Coral Galaxy S7 Edge. The South Korean tech company made it known that this color variant of the device would be up for grabs to purchase in Singapore starting Nov. 5.

Specifically, the confirmation came from the Singapore subsidiary of Samsung which announced the retail availability of the smartphone on its official website. The tech company stated in a press release that Samsung announced the retail availability of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge 4G+ in Blue Coral, according to Samsung.

The tech company also said that the device is currently available in Black Onyx, Silver Titanium, Pink Gold and Gold Platinum, wherein the new color variant of the Galaxy S7 edge features a refined design coupled with robust functionality while encased in a cool blue hue.

Furthermore, while the tech company didn't mention if the Blue Coral S7 edge will roll out in other countries besides Singapore, it has been said that the device might arrive in the United States at some point through at least one carrier, Verizon. However, tech fans are hoping that Samsung makes the Blue Coral Galaxy S7 Edge available in as many markets as possible, Sam Mobile reported.

Meanwhile, last week, a photo leak revealed that a new Blue Coral variant of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is headed to Verizon in the United States.

As for the price, Samsung's Singapore subsidiary said that the 32GB variant phone will carry a price tag of SGD 1,098 or $787.

That being said, as Samsung has been in a state of crisis since the global recall of the Galaxy Note 7, and solidifying plans for the upcoming Galaxy S8, critics suggested that a little powder blue may not be enough to smooth over all the slip ups of Note 7, Android Authority has learned.
