"Street Fighter 5" will reportedly get a patch update that comes with daily challenges for the players. The details of the rumored in-game upgrades emerged online, teasing an "Arcade Mode" prototype.

Details on Capcom's "Street Fighter 5" new patch update was revealed through the NeoFigher forum, with leaked images provided by user LeonX. Based on these, a number of daily challenges are expected to be featured that will come with different timed missions like the survival and story modes. Aside from that, players may also opt to be part of a battle lounge mission to earn rewards. In addition, fight requests and match challenges will also come under differing difficulty modes.

"Street Fighter 5'" new challenges are believed to be connected to some actions or characters. In fact, a leaked mission title hinted of an important errand for Sakura, while the other one asked to finish Shibasaki's first requests. Furthermore, some fighting moves like a normal throw or jumping attack move may give in-game rewards. A snapshot of the Arcade Mode prototype was also shown in the NeoFighter forum.

However, Capcom has not confirmed any details about the new game features. The leaked images only showed a likely appearance of the game categories, which include Extra Battle and Arcade. There are speculations that the former may be the Extra Mode which was previously revealed by the game developer. "Street Fighter 5" launched its Halloween-themed DLC on Oct. 11 and will be available until Nov. 29, Event Hubs reported.

Meanwhile, "Street Fighter 5" players may get a chance to summon the Halloween spirit with a new batch of costumes for the game. Although it seems that not every game character is reported to dress up, Charlie, Cammy, Ryu, Vega, Juri, Alex and Necali will get some Halloween-themed DLC. However, the costumes will only be available for purchase from Steam and PlayStation Store, and every costume costs $3.99, Polygon reported.
