The Xbox One console in the past years trailed the PS4 in market sales. Nevertheless, that did not stop Microsoft from bragging their latest achievement in the console wars. During the recent E3 2016 event, Microsoft went ahead and introduce the all new Xbox One S, followed by a teaser on their Scorpio Project.

Sony, on the other hand, remained quiet despite rumors that PS4 Pro (PS4 Neo) is underway. Now, as the Xbox One S gains momentum in the market, Microsoft is making sure the world knows about it by releasing an ad, titled "Xbox One: The Best-Selling Console in America."

While others seem agreeable to the idea, others were a bit hesitant on the claims, saying that the Xbox One console only surpassed the PS4 in the last three months of this year. Other than that, the PS4 consistently dominated the charts.

Microsoft also mentioned the staggering number of games available for the Xbox One S, reaching to over 1,000 titles in the library. According to Gamespot, the number already include titles from the Xbox One backwards compatibility list. The 4K Blu-ray player of the console is another thing that remains unmatched; by the PS4 Slim and the PS4 Pro.

The Xbox One advertisement also indicated how the console is the "fastest, most reliable..." one. The NPD Group recently declared the Xbox One as the top selling console from July - September this year, while October remains to be seen after the two top brands introduced their latest versions of the consoles - the PS4 Pro and the Xbox One S.

The PS4 Pro is scheduled to launch this November. Until then, we can only know just how much it will affect the current sales of the Xbox One console. Do you agree on Microsoft's Xbox claims? Watch the Xbox One advertisement on the link or watch it below and see for yourself.
