Why Oct. 27?
Since Apple typically held events in March, September and October, the latter is the best option left for this year. And since Apple doesn't like Fridays, the best possible date for the October event would be the 27th which is a Thursday.
In addition, when Apple reportedly rescheduled their fourth quarter earning calls from Oct. 27 to Oct. 25, the date has become more legit. Also, it is believed that Oct. 27 is the best possible date since Apple needs ample time for the preparation.
In relative to that, Mac Otakara website pointed out that Oct. 27 would be the much-awaited unveiling date of Apple MacBook products. According to Mac Rumors, the said website is known for sharing accurate information from the Asian supply chain, and has a credible track record when it comes to leak sharing.
Quiet Launch for MacBook Pro 2016
Another rumor suggesting that Apple could be heading towards a quiet launch for MacBook Pro 2016 and otherp roducts upgrades since the upgrades are likely to be a no big deal. According to Mashable, there is also a possibility that the rumored OLED touch bar did not really made it to MacBook Pro 2016.
No hints and no invites has eventually led to a conclusion that MacBook Pro 2016 launching will be done in a discreet manner. For this reason, Apple could simply start selling off the new Mac even without having an official introduction to the public.
Aside from the long rumored MacBook Pro 2016, iMac and the 13-inch MacBook Air are believed to be introduced in Oct. 27. Prices of the said products have been not been disclosed yet.
