Xiaomi Mi Note 2 price leak makes this Xiaomi Model the most expensive from the Chinese phone manufacturer.

Xiaomi, one of the largest phone suppliers in the world is set to release Xiaomi Mi Note 2. Based on the numerous leaks about the device, it is said to have a dual rear camera. The front camera is 8MP while the rear would be 12MP or13MP with LED flash. The device will also feature a bezel-less display.

According to Phone Arena, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is expected to carry a Snapdragon 821, 64-bit quad-core processors with an option to either have 4GB RAM with 64GB storage or 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. The device is also rumored to have two variants sporting different designs. There will be a 5.7-inch AMOLED curved dual-edged screen and a 5.15-inch Full HD screen; both models will carry the Adreno 530 GPU and a 3600mAh battery. It will run the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 was expected to be released on several occasions, the latest one was supposed to be last September 14. The launch did not happen. However, Xiaomi is hosting an event in China on October 25 at the Peking University Gymnasium. It is likely to that Xiaomi will launch the Mi Note 2 in the event. Xiaomi announced that actor Tony Leung will host the event.

According to Android Headlines, the Mi Note 2 could cost $600.00 for the base model as analyzed by Pan Jiutang. If this is true, then the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be Xiaomi's most expensive handset to date. Xiaomi is banking that the demise of the Galaxy Note7 would push the Mi Note 2 ahead with their latest phablet. The Mi Note 2 is similar to size with the Galaxy Note7 and it is also rumored to sport curved display sides.

The device will be encased in metal and glass and rumored that a ceramic back variant could also be a possible option.
