We have investigated the rants and here's why iPad Pro 2 will be special!

iPad Pro 2 with new display technology and A10X chip

The upcoming iPad Pro tablets are said to be more advanced in terms of display technology, sporting an OLED display for excellent color reproduction. According to the internal sources, Apple will bring a new display technology that allows smoother panning, pinching and zooming.

Moreover, the desktop-class performance with A10X chip can deliver faster CPU and better multitasking experience for professionals. Based on the previous rumor reported by ZDNet that stated three iPad Pros with 12.9 inch as the biggest screen, the 11-inch MacBook Air may easily be replaced with the large tablet. Moreover, there have not been many talks about MacBook Air in particular.

Aside from software upgrades, Apple may introduce the new Apple Pencil not only for a limited applications but wider programs, and aimed at professionals. This corroborates the rumor that a 10.5-inch iPad Pro will target the educational and commercial sectors.

With that being said, the new iPad Pro - with new sizing categories, thinner design, higher resolution and richer features - could even replace a MacBook Air.

iPad Pro 2 with smaller size does things that an iPad Mini can

A refresh product must be something new, revamped or upgraded. A previous report suggests that the upcoming iPad tablet will include a 7.9-inch variant, MacOtakara reported. As a reminder, 7.9-inch is the size of iPad Mini 4 and if the rumor is to be believed, the fans should expect to see a Mini Pro instead. The smallest Pro tablet will get a A9X chip as it is categorized in a lower-end device.

iPad Pro 2 and the magic keyboards

Apple is reportedly not only removing the physical function keys from the keyboards but it also plan to use an integrated keyboards. What for? There is still a few information about Sonder-designed magic keyboards, E-ink, but with Apple partnering up with the startup - it could indicate that the iPad tablets may be compatible for the module as well.

iPad Pro 2 is expected to be unveiled in March 2017
