The Overwatch Halloween Terror Party started on Oct. 11 and will end on Nov. 1. All of the loot boxes have been converted to Jack-o-lanterns loaded with more than a hundred cosmetic skins. Players can customize their favorite heroes with appropriate holiday outfits. The purple candy with Sombra's skull is quite noticeable. Blizzard seems to be dropping hints that Sombra is set to reveal herself during the Halloween party.
Sombra Reveal During the Overwatch Halloween Terror Party?
There is a possibility that Sombra may join the other heroes in the Overwatch Halloween Party. As of press time, the amomentincrime.com website's countdown percentage is now more than 92 percent. Based on its current progress, the transmission will be complete by Oct. 17 at the latest. Does this mean that Sombra will make her appearance in the middle of the Halloween Terror party?
Rumored Sombra Leak Image
Less than a week ago, a rumored image of Sombra has been posted in various social forums such as Reddit. Several texts were also included in the screenshot of the image, wherein the first texts described the new PvE Brawl mode released for the Overwatch Halloween party. The new mode is aptly called Junkenstein's Revenge, according to the official Overwatch site.
Most of the text gave the short background information about Sombra. Most of it confirmed earlier rumors about her that she is Hispanic and a computer hacker. She worked with the Los Muertos gang and then with the Talon organization where she meets Reaper.
Some information about her did come up. She "lost everything during the Omnic Crisis" when she was still growing up. This seems to hint that Sombra has been orphaned at an early age.
