Amber Heard will be returning into the big screen as Mera the Queen of Atlantis in the Justice League. DC Comics have released the first photo of Heard wearing the full costume for her role. On Wednesday, this intricate bodysuit with green scales all-over it, and a large headpiece was reveaed for the first time.
Justice League director Zack Snyder has also shared this photo on his Twitter account on Oct. 12. Even though this character is just a support role in the film; it will be involved into a blossoming romance with Jason Momoa's Aquaman character. However, the upcoming movie Aquaman by James Wan will feature her on a bigger role, IGN reported.

The film has already wrapped-up its production last week in the U.K. It gave Snyder another chance to entice fans with a behind-the-scenes video of the production. He posted on Twitter last October 7 saying that it was the last day of filming while giving thanks to all people who were involved in the project.Justice League will be released in theaters on Nov. 17, 2017.
