‘World Of Final Fantasy' Release Date, News: Square Enix Pitches Videos Showing Off Graphics Differences Between PS4 And Vita Versions [VIDEO]
BySince Square Enix's role-playing video game "World Of Final Fantasy" will arrive later this month, the video game company pitched in a pair of videos showing off differences in graphics and loading times between the PlayStation 4 and Vita versions of the game.
The official website of the video game even added more information that differentiates the Japanese PS4 and PS Vita versions. The game content of "World of Final Fantasy" is the same for both versions, but video gamers must download the free Japanese voice data separately for the PS Vita game.
Players of the role-playing video game can share videos and screens, and they can even do live broadcasts, plus use PS Vita Remote Play with the PS4 version. However, the "World of Final Fantasy" game does not support PlayStation Vita TV, Anime News Network reported.
Both games in PS4 and PS Vita have a 30 frames per second (FPS), but the PS4 "World of Final Fantasy" game has Full HD resolution with 1920 x 1080 pixels while the PS Vita version has 960 x 544 pixels. With that said, the PlayStation 4 version of the video game has more detailed graphics, Siliconera reported.
Even though both games can share saved data, the PlayStation Vita version must link first to a 3G or Wi-Fi network. Players can download the features Versus and Monster Trade via Wi-Fi on the PS4 version, but players of PS Vita will have to use ad-hoc connections.
Meanwhile, the PS4 version of "World of Final Fantasy" will get a Collector's Edition that contains an 80-page art book, a pop-up book, a 20-track soundtrack, extra DLC, as well as mini-figures of Squall, Cloud, and Lightning. The extra DLC comprises the original Japanese voice track for the game, a Sephiroth summons, as well as the White Chocobo and Glow Moogle mirages.
