Looks like avid "DBS" fans are in for a huge surprise as the latest episode of the hit Japanese anime revealed Black Goku's true identity.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 61 unraveled the true identity of Black Goku, who debuted earlier this summer in the series' Future Trunks Saga.It appears that Black Goku is Zamasu. While the episode features a totally insane fight, what makes this showdown really special (especially for Trunks fans) is when Future Trunks gets angry and morphs into a never-before-seen form, Kotaku reported.

This Future Trunk's eyes go white and his form emits blue, white and gold limit. This has fueled speculations and all sorts of theories among avid gamers as to what this Super Trunks form really is. Some fans even believed that Future Trunks was going to reach Super Saiyan 3. Trunks' new Super Saiyan form was shared by Twitter user DBZanto (@dbzanto).

Meanwhile, there have been all sorts of rumors circulating about "Dragon Ball Super" episode 62. The upcoming episode for "DBS" is said to center on Goku who figures out ways to defeat the villains.

Furthermore, Future Trunks might end up squaring off against Black Goku and Zamasu on his own.
The upcoming "DBS" episode 62, which is titled "I Will Protect The World! Trunks Angry Super Power Explosion!!," led fans to come up with many theories around the episode's possible outcome. It is said that Future Trunks will try to stop Black Goku and Zamasu from going ahead with their plans, while Goku and his team return to the present hoping to find solutions there. Vegeta is quite confident that they will somehow figure out a way to beat the ultimate villains.

The upcoming episode is also likely to showcase Goku's entry into Evil Containment Wave, where he will learn ways to lock away demons. In order to do this, he needs to use a special kind of a seal, only known as Mufaba or Demon Sealing Wave, that will suck the villains into the container.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 62 is slated to air on Oct. 16 on Fuji TV.
