ASUS and Verizon have just announced that the LTE-equipped model of the ASUS ZenPad Z10 tablet is now available exclusively on Verizon. The user is required to be on the Big Red for this device, while the asking price of the new LTE model is $329.99.

ASUS Z10 LTE Specs

The ASUS Z10 LTE will be powered by the Snapdragon 650 CPU with 3GB of RAM and will be running Android 6.0 with the ASUS ZenUI. Neither the press release or the Verizon site indicated whether the device may be able to run on Android 7.0, but it is reportedly expected since the latest Android OS has already been released. The tablet will also include 32GB of internal storage that may be expanded via microSD card with up to 128GB.

ASUS Z10 Design

The ASUS Z10 will feature a 9.7-inch screen at 2048x1536 with 178° wide viewing angle. The device will also include a USB Type-C port at the bottom to enable sharing chargers with the new Pixel phone or other Type-C devices.

The tablet is also said to be equipped with an 8MP rear camera, 5MP front snapper and will include dual stereo speakers and DTS-HD audio for better audio quality with headphones. The Z10 LTE is available on Verizon's official site or from Verizon retail stores from Oct. 13, Verizon Wireless reported.

ASUS Zenfone 3 Vs. Google Pixel

Meanwhile, the Google Pixel is already out sporting a Snapdragon 820, while the ASUS Deluxe Special Edition Zenfone 3 boasts a Snapdragon 821 processor. In a Geekbench test, the Google Pixel smartphone posted 1,648 for single-core and 4,121 for the multi-core test, while the ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe with a Snapdragon 820 scored 5,420 for the multi-core test.

The ASUS Zenfone 3 will roll out with a massive 6GB RAM that is bigger than Google Pixel's 4GB RAM. The Pixel has a 12.3MP rear shooter and 8MP front shooter, while the ASUS handset is slated to have a 23MP rear camera with an 8MP front shooter. Both phones will also feature f/2.0 aperture, Engadget reported.
