We've investigated all the rants on Macbook Pro 2016, iPad Mini5 and iPad Pro 2. Here's what we know so far!

Apple rumor: Macbook Pro 2016 release date is soon?

Above all else, Apple's most important laptop has not been launched and the rumors of its release date have been swirling around the web for awhile now. The Macbook Pro 2016, according to Bloomberg who spoke to a few internal sources, will be released at a later date this month. A recent report states that the laptop is prepared for October launch.

Based on Tim Cook's email which was rumored to be sent from Apple headquarter's server - he replied to an anonymous person asking about the Macbook Pro 2016 by stating to 'stay tuned', University Herald reported.

The upcoming Macbook Pro 2016 will reportedly be thinner, sporting OLED touchbar to replace function keys. It will have Skylake processor under the hood along with other components including USB type C port and Thunderbolt 3. The Trusted Review has also speculated that Macbook Pro will get an October release date judging from the previous pattern.

Apple rumor: iPad Mini 5 to be discontinued?

For those who are waiting for the iPad Mini 4 successor, it is speculated that the tablet will be released in March 2017 as the Bloomberg also mentions about iPad lineup being refreshed next year.

However, analyst Ming Chi Kuo does not state anything about the Mini variant of the tablet, as reported by University Herald. Instead, he predicts a few things about iPad Pro 2 which are considered the radical overhaul. This could mean that the iPad Mini 5 may not even see the light of day - or probably get a new name?

However, if the iPad Mini 5 does arrive, it will likely sport a thinner design, lower battery capacity, 8 MP of rear camera and 1.2 MP of selfie camera. Apple could go with 32 GB of RAM for the iPad Mini 5 storage base and probably feature the 3D Touch for the tablet as well, MacWorld reported.

Apple rumor: iPad Pro 2 to be launched in March 2017 with three variants

Furthermore, Kuo predicts that Apple will launch a new variant of iPad Pro 2 - a 10.5 inch tablet that aims at commercial and educational sectors. There will be major upgrades of iPad lineup - AMOLED display - but not until 2018.

As for the 2017 release, Apple could include wider OS support for Apple Pencil. There will also be hardware upgrade for the iPad tablets that enable smoother navigation.
