1. Eat healthy.

5. Exercise, exercise, exercise.

6. Understand the importance of sleep.
College students are some of the people who are most sleep-deprived. However, sleep is a necessary luxury for our bodies to be able to function well for the next day.
7. Keep your germs to yourself.
Don't go around infecting other people if you're sick. Ensure that you wash your hands often so that you won't spread germs on things like doorknobs and computers.
