While the ominous-looking website seems extremely promising that an HD remake of the action role-playing video game "Diablo" might be coming, video game company Blizzard Entertainment has denied any involvement.

A representative of Blizzard made it known that they have nothing to do with the website.

The website warns everyone that Evil Has Survived, and pitching out to something. The skeletal face of the Lord of Terror, Diablo, lascivious looked malevolently, based on the report of PC Gamer.

The website goes by the name of diablo2hd.com has been found, in which the timer is set to hit zero at the start of BlizzCon, but it shows that the site was made on August 2016. Which is almost one year after it was rumored that a new project of "Diablo" was getting underway, according to MCV Pacific.

This might be very disappointing to "Diablo" gamers, but as the search of Blizzard for a Diablo game director to take the place of the departed Josh Mosqueira is a clear sign that the video game company has plans on doing more with the franchise.

Gamers can't quite make up their minds whether the website is fake or not, but considering the news that the military science fiction media franchise, "Starcraft," is also likely to see an HD remake of the video game series, this doesn't seem too unlikely and unconvincing, My Gaming reported.

When "Diablo 3" was revealed, there was a tease of cryptic images to get the gaming community fired up. With that, "Diablo" gamers can expect to see something similar for any upcoming Diablo game, according to PC Invasion.

However, there might be a possible announcement of "Diablo 4" at the Blizzcon 2016. This year's BlizzCon will run from November 4 to 5. Virtual tickets are up for grabs at blizzcon.com.
