New ‘ZTE Smartphone 2016’ Specs Revealed: Underwater Camera, Eye-Tracking System, Powered by Ubuntu Touch OS; Launching in 2017? [RUMORS]

It will also include a bunch of features such as underwater camera and can be operated through the use of eyes and run by Ubuntu Touch OS. The newest phone will be launch in 2017.
Jeff Yee, Vice President of ZTE revealed to PC Mag the possible specs of the ZTE Crowdsourced phone with codename project CSX. According to Yee, they are still under the hood of innovation and the specs can be erratic as it faced modifications every time. However, Yee hinted that the ZTE smartphone 2016 will never be like any other out there.
ZTE Crowdsourced Phone Specs
According to the statement of Yee, they are on the run to provide the world the first self-adhesive smartphone that can be stick to a wall and let your eyes operate it at times when your hands are unavailable. This smartphone's rumored display size is 5.5 inches.
The inclusion of underwater camera is also possible but Yee mentioned that it's going to be another Crowdsourced device called augmented reality (AR) waterproof mask.
For the processor, ZTE is considering the Snapdragon 830 chip. If that becomes reality, there's no other phone everyone would wanted except this one.
However, a sound bite on operating system is currently resonating. OMG Ubuntu reported about the possibility of Project CSX to run in Ubuntu Touch OS. But, ZTE said that they will be considering Ubuntu for their next projects separate from CSX as they are looking towards making a great mobile device.
ZTE Other Crowdsourced Device
Aside from the new smartphone and the above-mentioned interactive diving mask, ZTE has also announced the Power Glove that enables the users to control android application through the use of hands. This device aims to enhance one's dexterity through speed typing or playing the piano. Aside from that, it is considered to be useful to arthritis and Parkinson's Disease patients as well recovering from injuries in sports.
Release Date
The devices are set to release in 2017 without specific months. But It depends on what device can be manufactured first.
