Do you want to watch something new on TV? Maybe you can check out the pilot episode of Fox's "Son of Zorn."

If you love the live-action/half animation, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit," a 1988 movie, you may consider watching Fox new series, "Son Of Zorn." Its pilot episode was aired on Sept. 11, Sunday night, according to Hollywood Reporter.

The men behind this series are "The Lego Movie" film makers Phil Lord and Chistopher Miller. The story is about a 7-foot warrior, Zorn, (voice actor, Jason Sudeikis) from the island nation of Zephyria, who reunites with his former wife, Edie, (Cheryl Hines) and son, Alangulon, aka Alan (Johnny Pemberton from "21 Jump Street") in Orange County.

When Zorn arrived in Orange Country, he learned that his ex-wife has moved on to a new fiance("Saturday Night Live's" Tim Meadows) Edie wants to live a normal life.

Alan is annoyed with his father because it never shows up for many years. Edie talks to Zorn to spend some time with his before it's too late.

Despite the fact that Zorn wants to return to the bloody battle of Zephyria, he realizes that his major priority is his son, as Alan is almost grown up and there are lots of time that he wasn't there for his son.

The premise of "Son Zorn," a fully-animated character of the "He-Man" template, according to AV Club, attempts to reconnect Zorn (the animated character) with his live-action family. Expect a bloody scene (although it is animated). Zorn killed a giant bird that was supposed to be a gift for his son.
