‘Final Fantasy’ News & Update: ‘World Of Final Fantasy' New Trailer At PAX 2016; ‘Final Fantasy XV' Open World Will Close
By"World of Final Fantasy," the upcoming role-playing video game, is the latest spinoff in the long running Final Fantasy franchise. The latest trailer for the game from PAX West proved that it looks quite different from much of the franchise.
Square Enix, the company behind the upcoming role-playing video game, brought out some interesting things for the video game during the recently concluded Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) West that was held in Seattle, Washington.
A new trailer for the upcoming role-playing video game was pitched in during the gaming festival that started last September 2 and ended on September 5. The 45 second video of "World of Final Fantasy" showcased sneak peeks into loads of never-before-seen anime cut-scenes of the video game, Tech Times reported.
The art style in the latest spinoff in the Final Fantasy franchise is definitely one of its standout features, in spite of the fact that it appears there are a few different types were observed within.
The trailer kicked off with the two lead characters in a world that looks similar to what a gamer would expect from any modern Final Fantasy game. But, when the "World of Final Fantasy" characters go through a special doorway, they enter a very peculiar place, according to Attack Of The Fanboy.
"World of Final Fantasy" will fire up on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on October 25.
On the other news, "Final Fantasy XV" game director Hajime Tabata stated that the very end of the video game will see the open world close in to provide a linear, more story-led experience.
The game director explained that rather than it being the latter half, it's actually very close to the end of the video game. Tabata added that he didn't want to end the FFXV game in an open world type of environment, based on the report of Video Gamer.
