Huawei Smartphones Release Date, Price, News: Huawei Mate 9 Launching Delayed; Nova & Nova Plus On Sale In October
ByPeople were expecting the Chinese tech manufacturer Huawei to announce the highly anticipated Huawei Mate 9 at the IFA 2016 in Berlin. But, Huawei surprised everyone at their press event at IFA by not announcing the smartphone.
Reports pumped up one after the other suggesting that the tech company may delay the upcoming launching of Mate 8's successor. Nevertheless, a series of leaked images gave fans the idea of what to expect once Huawei's upcoming smartphone will hit the market, according to Christian Times.
The upcoming Huawei Mate 9 renders from MyDrivers, and it showed the exterior design of the device. If the rumors turn out to be true, the upcoming Huawei smartphone will pack a dual primary camera set-up, in which the shooter is located right above the fingerprint scanner on the device.
The main camera assembly of Mate 9 will come with Leica branding. The difference between the dual camera setup of Huawei and Apple's iPhone 7 Plus, is that the Chinese tech company will still use one color sensor and a monochrome one for the Mate 9, while the Cupertino based tech company will go with two color units, GSM Arena reported.
On the other hand, Huawei has recently announced publicly its new Nova and Nova Plus smartphones. The smartphones are the latest entry of the company in the mid-range market. Nova and Nova Plus smartphones are said to run on Snapdragon 625 processor from Qualcomm, along with 3 gigabyte of RAM. The smartphones are expected to carry a 5-inch display as well as a 3020mAh battery.
The Nova and the Nova Plus will most likely be priced at $480. The two smartphones will be shipped in several markets across the world in October, based on the report of Financial Express.
The Nova and the Nova Plus will be available in the three color variants such as Titanium Gray, Prestige Gold and Mystic Silver.
