It's just a month away for a new iPhone release, but news of 2017's model can't seem to stop popping up. The 2017 iPhone, which may be called the iPhone 8, will no longer contain the iconic home button Apple.

As the home button will no longer be in sight, it has been said that the tech company is already at work on a major redesign for the 2017 iPhone, in which the company focuses more heavily on the display by ditching the Home button, according to Bloomberg.

The 2017 iPhone also has been rumored to have a huge change, as the premium smartphone next year will have a curved display but unlike Samsung's Galaxy S7 Edge. Reportedly, Samsung may even supply these curved OLED displays, according to The Verge.

Rumors flew in that the 2017 device will feature a complete design overhaul, along with a flexible OLED display that does away with the top and bottom bezels where it housed the distinctive attribute of the Touch ID fingerprint sensor and front-facing camera, based on the report of Mac Rumors.

Instead, the 2017 iPhone will be packed with a pressure-sensitive home button that depends on the same type of vibrating haptic feedback utilized in the Apple Watch and the trackpad of the latest MacBook.

Other features that may be built into the 2017 iPhone or the iPhone 8 include an enhanced Taptic engine, new biometric capabilities like iris scanning or facial recognition and a wireless charging.

Jony Ive, Apple Inc. design chief, wanted to build an iPhone that seems to look like a single sheet of glass for several years. It is speculated to happen in 2017, as the year marks the 10th anniversary of the iPhone.

However, the upcoming iPhone 7 is also said to remove the headphone jack in favor of the Lightning port. But, it will contain two rear cameras, and a memory boost to 3 gigabyte of RAM.
