Fluctuating population levels at different times of day and different locations with more pedestrians wandering around the streets at times.
Brand new vehicle spawning with DLC vehicles in the spawn cycles.
Up to 8 police cars can be visible with helicopters when chasing AI criminals around the city.
More crime and more random events will frequently show up throughout the game.
