The "Pokemon GO" characters that are very hard to catch in are based on their capture rate. While those Pokemons that did not undergo any evolution in the game are easier to catch. Blastoise, Dragonite, Venusaur and Charizard have a capture rate of four percent, in which it could be difficult to catch using a regular Pokeball.

In having the best chance at catching these strong Pokemon creatures, "Pokemon GO" trainers are required to have a Masterball in order to acquire a full chance of catching these tough Pokemon monsters, Game N' Guide reported.
