2016 Rio Olympic Badminton Schedule: Prediction for Men's Doubles & How to Watch Live Stream
ByIt's getting closer to the first badminton match in Rio Olympics. And here's our prediction for men's doubles.
Rio Olympic Badminton prediction for men's doubles
Korea, China and Indonesia are expected to get into semifinal rounds in Rio Olympic badminton men's doubles.
Many speculations point at the top seeded Lee Yong Dae and Yoo Yeon Seong as the gold medalists in men's doubles for this year's Olympics. However, the road might not be so smooth since they will likely face Indonesia's Hendra Setiawan and Mohammad Ahsan (currently ranked the second in the world).
Speaking to the local media, Ahsan did not deny that there would be tough matches but the pair has prepared mentally and physically way before Rio Olympics started.
And let's not forget, the Chinese duo, Fu Haifeng and Zhang Nan. China has proven to possess badminton super power after sweeping gold medals in all titles at the London Olympics. After four years, the expectation is still high for the Chinese team to win, Reuters reported.
