Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas along Nick Jonas had a "Camp Rock" reunion. Their rendition of "Gotta Find You" and "This Is Me," singles for the movie "Camp Rock" may give you a major #ThrowBackThursday.

Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato were one of the hottest couples in early 2000 as they co-starred in the 2008 teen comedy flick "Camp Rock." This week, they had a reunion on Tuesday, July 26, during a Lovato's tour with Nick Jonas (the youngest Jonas) in Washington D.C.

The 23-year-old singer/actor, Nick surprised fans as he invited his brother Joe to join him and Lovato on stage.

"Joe, why don't you come on out here?" Nick told thousands of fans, according to US Magazine.

They performed "Gotta Find You" and Lovato sang her hit single "This is Me" simultaneously with Joe. As they ended this song, they gave each other a hug. DNCE lead vocalist, Joe, also introduced his single "Cake by the Ocean" to the fans.

Afterwards, Joe took Instagram on Wednesday, July 27 to share a photo from the night of "Future Now" tour.

Meanwhile, "Cool for the Summer" hitmaker attended the Democratic National Convention held in Philadelphia. Lovato's speech includes experience with bipolar disorder.

She was confident to tell the crowd that she is living with mental illness. She said she was lucky because she resources and support to get a treatment. She discussed that there are many Americans don't get help either because they fear the stigma or can't afford the treatment.

In 2011, songstress was interviewed by Robin Roberts. The artist talked about her journey, including her struggle with bulimic due to the peers who bullied her and called her fat.

She was 11 when she tried to cut herself.

"There were some times where my emotions were just so built up, I didn't know what to do," she told Roberts.
