Due to the tease of the company CEO, the upcoming "GoPro Hero 5" action camera is rumored to be coming before 2016 ends. The new Karma drone is also expected to come with the device.

The American manufacturer of action cameras is planning to release at least three new devices before this year ends, but the company did not mention what these gadgets are, based on the report of Value Walk.

During the recent interview with CEO Nick Woodman, the CEO did not specifically mention the extreme-action videography "Hero 5" to be one of the devices they would unleash. But, the tease had revived the speculations surrounding the device for quite some time now, according to The Verge.

In the same interview, the CEO of GoPro Inc. revealed that the firm's revenues have diminished by a certain amount in 2015, which caused a matter in question within the company - in particular, the company's concerns within their investors. However, GoPro seems to be confident that they would get back on track through the release of their new devices.

During an investor call earlier this year, Woodman stated that their growth rate has decelerated, and some analysts have attributed the issue to the competitive threats and their ability to address a market beyond their core customer.

However, the upcoming "GoPro Hero 5" is a hundred times better compared to the older versions, as the long rumored device got a lot of new upgrades that would surely make the camera enthusiasts feel like the long wait is worth it, Crossmap reported.

"GoPro Hero 5" is said to be installed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which means the device can function a lot faster. The latest GoPro could easily connect with other devices. The enhancement of the resolution is one of the major upgrade of the upcoming device - it can shoot up to 8K resolution at 30 frames per second (FPS), as well as 4K at 60fps, according to Yibada.
