The representatives of the Miami Heat's shooting guard - Dwyane Wade, have told teams of the NBA that Wade is seeking a $50 million deal over two years. The demand of Wade left the Miami Heat's salary cap-strapped short.

The Heat, as well as the Denver Nuggets and Chicago Bulls, continue to be in negotiation with Wade, but Nuggets and the Bulls both have more cap space than Miami.

The Denver Nuggets have offered two-year deal for $50 million with Wade. As Dwayne will meet with the Nuggets on Wednesday, Denver still holds out their hope that Wade will accept the deal, based on the report of ESPN.

The Miami Heat recently offered a $40 million two year deal for the 12-time All-Star.

Rumors came up that the 2006 NBA Finals MVP Wade is talking to the Cleveland Cavaliers, but there is no traction between both parties.

Wade and the Cavaliers' all-time leading scorer - LeBron James, were spotted publicly vacationing together last week, but, reports came out that Lebron is not actively recruiting Wade to play in Cleveland.

However, the Cavaliers still need to re-sign James and the Cavaliers' small forward - J.R. Smith, in which D-Wade is not going to take another discount after years of playing in Miami. As for now, the Nuggets look like the only team who's in the position to offer Wade a two-year, $50 million deal, according to Yibada.

The Heat also agreed the terms with the current free agent Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside on a $98 million four-year contract last week. Miami Heat also was one of six NBA teams to meet with the Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant, who eventually agreed to a four-year deal with the Golden State Warriors, Fox Sports reported.

This isn't the first time that Dwayne and the Miami Heat have had controversial contract talks. D-Wade and the Heat had some tense situation last summer before both parties agreed on a one-year $20 million contract.
