ByChris Brown is being investigated by the LAPD to determine if the singer gave incorrect insurance information and refused to give his license number to a driver he rear-ended last week in Los Angeles, reported TMZ.
If Brown is found guilty, he will be charged with a hit-and-run, which would violate his probation from a 2009 Rihanna assault case that requires him to follow each and every law or risk going to jail. If charged, he could face up to four years in prison.
