'Final Fantasy 7 Remake' Release, News: Skipped E3 2016, Gameplay to Arrive in 2017?
By"Final Fantasy 7 Remake" was absent during the E3 2016. Apparently Square Enix did not think that the conference event is the right place to announce big news to follow up rumors on "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" release date.
"Final Fantasy 7 Remake" Release: Why FF7 Remake is not announced at E3 2016?
At the E3 2016, the developer lets audiences got a glimpse of "Kingdom Hearts" HD 2.8 Final Chapter prologue. However, there was nothing about FF7 Remake. An interview with Tetsuya Nomura by Famitsu, concluded that he did not want to give information to fans piece by piece. Rather, he would want the news about "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" release to be a big thing at once, AttackofTheFanboy reported.

FF7 Remake could be announced in a "Kingdom Hearts" event this August. Nomura hints on the event including the Dissidia Final Fantasy Tournament that occurs on August 28. Thus, this should be the perfect schedule to announce any news on Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
Rumor has it that the FF7 Remake will be available in a few series to make sure that nothing is left behind. Each part is rumored to 'stand on its own', probably as a single game. New features include the upgrade of combat system alongside the FF7 Remake release.

Another "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" news stated that the gameplay might be arriving in 2017 along with the 20 years of Final Fantasy celebration.
As for the World of Final Fantasy, Nomura confirmed that the release will be on October 27 2016. Currently, the creator explained that the gameplay is ready and he was only supervising and doing the checking in the game's final stage.
