The popular fighting game "Injustice" has been confirmed for a sequel and a new trailer was revealed, though there is still no exact date of its release, the fans are now getting hyped about it.
NetherRealm Studios' assures the fans that it will be a lot more awesome than the first installment and new characters and new environment will be introduced. Ed Boon, the creative director of the said popular game also unveiled that new features and mechanics will be launched and a lot more exciting changes, fans should look forward to,Polygon reported. What caught the attention of the fans are the new characters that will be introduced in the game.
Upon the confirmation of its sequel and the release of the trailer, few characters were already confirmed to star in the game, few notable characters on the list are; Red Lantern Atrocitus, Aquaman villain Black Manta, Superman's Kryptonian cousin, Supergirl, and sentient ape Gorilla Grodd. The confirmation of these characters just sent thrill and anticipation to the fans, Screenrant reported.
Recently, NetherRealm Studios Creative Director and MortalKombat co-creator Ed Boon posted a poll on his twitter account asking: Who the fans most want to see in "Injustice 2?" On the list includes; Swamp Thing, Blue Beetle & Captain Cold. Among the three characters, Blue Beetle is leading the votes, followed by Swamp Thing and then Captain Cold.
It made the fans furious and at the same time excited as to who are the new characters that will be added to the game. Ed Boon surely knows how to put pressure on the fans.
As to there is still no exact date of its release, NetherRealm Studios' assures the fans that it's going to be fun and exciting roller coaster ride for everyone and is asking the fans to stay tuned for more updates.
