Her oldest son encouraged her to take it whilst her 8-year-old daughter wisely advising her only to do it when she felt comfortable with. Sporting a 1989 t-shirt, she was seen having fun sharing the stage with the artist albeit admitting she was nervous. Claiming that her whole family is a 'bunch of Swifties', the 48-year-old mother danced along Swift and Joan Baez. The unforgettable experience, according to her, earned her praise from her children. Referring to Entertainment Weekly article, Ellen threw a comment on being in Swift's squad. She told Roberts that she dressed up in sparkly wardrobe similar to the singer's and jokingly added she knew what Swift would be wearing that time.
