With the NFL regular season over the top 20 picks in next spring's draft is set in stone, making way for the first batch of mock drafts.

ESPN's Todd McShay released his first mock draft nearly a month ago, yet the draft order remained relatively the same. The best player in this year's draft appears to be Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa, but that does not mean he's the automatic first overall selection.

You don't get one of the first few picks without a lot of needs, and the Titans have many, but the popular pick now appears to be Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil. The Titans have a young offensive core at the skill positions, and Tunsil would join Taylor Lewan and Chance Warmack to give them at least three linemen younger than 25.

The quarterbacks in this class are not generating much excitement, but numerous teams have glaring needs at the position. This could result in some surprise selections, particularly a certain FCS passer.

Here's a roundup of the first 20 picks, the non-playoff teams, excluding McShay's, which you can see here.
