For the second time in as many years, Texas A&M will see a one-time starting quarterback transfer elsewhere.

Kyle Allen announced his decision on his Twitter account with a note thanking the Texas A&M community. The Aggies football team confirmed Allen was granted a release from his scholarship on its official website.
