One way or another, "Bedlam 2015" will determine the Big 12 Champion and possibly the conference's College Football Playoff (CFP) representation.

The Oklahoma Sooners (3) can claim the Big 12 title with a win, likely representing the conference's best shot at placing a team in the CFP. The Oklahoma State Cowboys (11) can take the Big 12 with a win and if Baylor loses to either TCU or Texas.

Baylor will kickoff with TCU on Friday night and then Texas next weekend, but will know if they have anything to play for on Saturday night.

Oklahoma will have to wait and see if they have health on their side. Quarterback Baker Mayfield passed a concussion test, but still needs to be cleared for contact to play against the Cowboys. Oklahoma is also hoping its lethal running back tandem of Samaje Perine and Joe Mixon recover fully from ankle injuries.

Both running backs played through their injuries, but Mayfield's blocked him from coming back into the game, and Oklahoma's offense struggled mightily with Trevor Knight.

"If he continues this way with no issues, like he's had yesterday and so far today, then he is expected to play," Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops said of Mayfield in is weekly press conference. "If he has a setback in any way with the protocol and the testing that our doctors and trainers do, he will not. To this point, it has all checked out well."
